Experience brings the ability to quickly understand the system, find the few things that matter, challenge assumptions, frame clearer choices and help leaders move from discussion to decision to action to execution.
With a background in psychology, his approach focusses on how leaders make decisions, how people respond to ambiguity and how organisations build alignment, influence and momentum behind change.
